![]() Eliza continues to teach Kick It and many other formats at Equinox locations, The Club by George Foreman III, and at pop up events for Move With. Alongside Kick It, Eliza volunteered for the non-profit, Earthchild Project, and successfully introduced her style of movement to children living in townships.Ĭontinuing her passion for public health, Eliza works in the Pulmonary Department at Brigham and Women's Hospital, fostering awareness of heart health, CPR, asthma, COPD, and general fitness education to various high schools and Boston housing communities. As expected, Kick It classes became the highlight of the recreation center and continues to engage students from UCT. In 2012, Eliza brought Kick It to the University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa, as she knew her method would be successful internationally. Partnerships included, Room to Read, Her Campus and Sisters on the Runway, with nearly 100 participants at each event. During her time at UMass Amherst, Eliza partnered with several groups and organizations for kick-a-thons, or charity-based classes that catered to the masses. Kick It, created in 2009, was offered at UMass Amherst for four years. ![]() Eliza's extensive dance career, AFAA certifications, and degrees in Public Health and Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst have helped her carefully construct her signature classes and brand.
